He is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for older people and committed to creating a culture of compassion, innovation and continuous improvement, while ensuring residents, families and staff feel supported. Having been part of The Shoreline since the beginning, Owen is proud to work alongside a team that genuinely cares about older people and is always looking for better ways to make a difference. Outside work, he enjoys walking his dog, golf, great food and exploring how technology can improve everyday life.
