The Shoreline releases new stages of independent living residences

The Shoreline is releasing the next stages in luxury independent living residences. Comprising of 27 architecturally designed three, three plus study and four-bedroom Headland Terraces and Villas.

The release of the luxury residences includes 22 Headland Terraces and 5 Villas offering spacious open plan designs, with the changing needs of retirees now and into the future taken into consideration.  The same high-quality fixtures and fittings and attention to detail will continue throughout the retirement homes, this includes Smeg and Miele appliances.

The Shoreline provides an array of amenities so residents can enjoy a variety of leisure activities in a community they can call home. The centre of the village will feature a state-of-the-art community lifestyle hub designed to give residents the opportunity to do as much or as little as they desire. The internal fit out is currently well underway now that the roofs are on both main buildings.  Levels 1 to 5 of the apartments already have kitchens and bathrooms. The roof of the community centre will be on in the next few weeks and the pool area is beginning to take shape.”
