Liz is passionate about helping residents maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life. She coordinates community care services for independent living residents, while also supporting clinical care, staff education, quality improvement and governance across The Shoreline. Liz enjoys contributing to a team committed to compassionate, person-centred care and is motivated by the daily positive outcomes for residents, families and staff. Outside work, she loves spending time with her family and dogs, camping, snowboarding, cycling and exploring the beach and mountains.
