With more than 18 years’ experience in aged care, Kerrie is passionate about helping residents and families feel informed, supported and confident when making care decisions. Kerrie has been privileged to welcome every resident, from the community’s first two residents to the thriving community it is today. She supports families navigating care, fees and funding, listens to feedback and leads our Concierge Team to ensure every interaction is warm, professional and personalised. Outside work, she enjoys family time, keeping active and making the most of coastal living.
