Henry oversees the delivery of Allied Health services across The Shoreline, including physiotherapy, speech pathology, dietetics, podiatry, occupational therapy, massage therapy, optometry and audiology. He helps residents access personalised care that supports independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Henry also works with residents to focus on mobility, confidence, reducing falls risk, pain management and maintaining independence in everyday life. He provides staff training, particularly in safe manual handling and resident mobility, helping to promote safe, consistent practices across the facility. Outside work, he enjoys keeping active, travelling, exploring the Coffs Coast and walking his dog, Ned.
