The Shoreline development team and our builders, FM Glenn, have been working hard to bring your new home to life.  Despite recent rains of over 200 mm (or 8 inches on the old scale) in March & April our construction team have persisted and we are seeing fantastic progress on The Shoreline’s Headland Terraces.

On a positive note, our gardens, landscaping and putting green are loving the extra rain!

DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

With the structural roof steel completed we now have metal roof sheeting commenced and installed over the front 4 apartments! This brings us one step closer to having the building being completely watertight as windows are installed.  The install of windows and sliding doors is already up to level 3! These are important milestones and makes the timeline for completion more certain. 

Rest assured your future home is progressing well. 

Wall framing is now completed on level 2 and has commenced on level 3. Level 2 has all plumbing and electrical installed and wall linings starting in all apartments.

Kitchen joinery is installed on ground floor and the quality of kitchen design is second to none.

Bathroom tiling is completely finished on the ground floor and instillation of vanities and toilets has commenced. Painting has also commenced on the ground floor.
