What sets you apart from your competitors?
The unparalleled luxury resort style of The Shoreline, our central beachside location and our offering of both independent living and residential care.
What have you learnt in the last 12 months that you have brought to your role?
This isn’t something I’ve learned but the universe has gently reminded me, that regardless of age, we should all be living our best lives now. My role at The Shoreline is to provide information and vision to retirees looking at a better lifestyle at The Shoreline where they can live their best retirement life.
Tell us the new and exciting products/services that are happening in 2024?“
This year we launched community care services delivering to The Shoreline’s Retirement Village. We offer access to housekeeping, companionship, personal care, clinical services, and allied health to people over 65 years old. We hope to expand our services to the broader community in the coming months and look forward to our opening brand-new offices very soon.
How have you built confidence and/or resiliency over the course of your career?
Being a lifelong learner means there is always something new and exciting to master, to me there’s a certain confidence that comes from adding to the knowledge bank. A flow on effect from this is usually change, after-all you have grown. Change can be challenging, but if you can get through it, you’ve built your resilience.
