With the New Year comes a new Resident Construction Update. Sunshine welcomed all contractors back in 2022 with over 80 contractors on site!
We are sure you have already noticed the unveiling continues with the scaffolding gradually being removed from the Saltwater Apartments which gives you a true perspective of your new home. Installation of all roofing and gutters as well as balcony glass balustrades is now completed on our Saltwater Apartments with internal finshes progressing nicely.
Work continues on our Community Centre and communal spaces such as the BBQ Area in the Terrace Gardens, providing our residents with a gorgeous outdoor area where they can enjoy some exercise, gardening in our community garden or a quiet seat in our Zen Garden.
Despite ongoing delays due to the wet weather and Covid-19 throughout January and early February, we have managed to pour the concrete base for the pool. It is intended that our construction team will commence the pours for pavements and roads in March.
Our Five-Star Resort Style Facilities are taking shape! The construction of the swimming pool is well underway.
Structural work has begun on our Terrace Gardens including steel structures for both our Alfresco BBQ and our Water Feature Pergola. We can’t wait to unveil these areas to you as they progress in the coming months!
We have reached another major milestone with the Headland Terrace Podium Level concrete pour being recently completed with a whopping 26 Contractors on the deck to get it done before the coming wet weather!
The Shoreline Saltwater Apartments Construction Update
From the outside you will notice that all the balcony glass and balustrades have been completed along with the roofing and gutters and the builders hoist and lift have been removed.
Inside the Saltwater Apartments the wall linings are 90% complete, kitchens have been installed up to Level 4 and the stone installation has commenced on Level 4.
Level 1 & 2 now have all the finishing trades onsite gradually working their way up the building levels.
Level 5 & 6 kitchen joinery is currently being installed. The electricians and plumbers are finishing of all the fittings.
Villa Construction Update
Construction is progressing well on our five freestanding Villas!
Villa 5 is already at lock up stage with internal joinery finished and painting underway.
Villas 1 and 2 already have windows, Colorbond roof, gutters and fascia’s installed and external brick work has commenced.
Villas 3 and 4 have complete timber framing with Colorbond roof, gutters and fascia’s to commence in the coming weeks.
