As Director of Care, Aurielle brings her experience as a Registered Nurse to lead and support the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care at The Shoreline. She is passionate about creating a caring and collaborative environment where residents feel valued, respected and at home. Working closely with residents, families, staff, GPs and allied health professionals, Aurielle is committed to achieving positive outcomes and continuously improving the quality of care and has been awarded for it:
- Mary Porter Award Recipient, honoured for her leadership, passion, and ability to change workplace culture in a positive way.
- National Finalist in the 2025 You Are ACE! Awards for Leadership, a reflection of professional achievements and commitment to aged care.
Aurielle is proud to work alongside a compassionate team who share her commitment to quality care and resident wellbeing. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies, going on roadtrips and gardening.
