Local Builder, FM Glenn Pty Ltd. Awarded Development Contract for The Shoreline at Park Beach
The Bachrach Naumburger Group joint venture entities are excited to be awarding the first two stages of The Shoreline development to local builder FM Glenn Pty Ltd.
FM Glenn, a third-generation family builder, have been appointed to develop the coast’s newest state-of-art aged care and retirement village development in the heart of Coffs Harbour.
The Shoreline in Coffs Harbour will bring 185 retirement independent living units and 120 aged care beds to the local community over the coming years.
Steve Gooley, the General Manager of the Bachrach Naumburger Group proudly declared “The Luxury Retirement Living that The Shoreline will bring to the North Coast retiree community will be something that the region has never seen before. We are enormously thrilled to commence this exciting development and fill the much-needed demand for quality retirement and aged care to Coffs Harbour”
“The Shoreline will boast a resort-style community centre, a pool, walking trail, extensive gardens and recreation facilities in a secure gated community”.
With the first two stages of the development due to commence construction next month, the 120-bed aged care facility and 74 independent living units are expected to be delivered mid 2022. The $7million dollar early works contract has been completed, ready for FM Glenn to commence development on site January 2020.

A display suite showcasing a prototype Independent Living Unit will be launched this week at Park Beach Plaza opposite Ritchies IGA.
Steve Gooley, the General Manager of the Bachrach Naumburger Group stated “The great news for the senior residents of Coffs Harbour is that this project has now has the green light and we will have people moving into this fantastic development by June 2022. The Residential Care Facility will be a ‘state of the art’.”
“Once the construction is completed and the village is fully operational it will be a true aged care, retirement and health hub, that will not only benefit retirees in Coffs Harbour and surrounds but also employ in excess of 130 full time locals.”
